Niels is an expert on design thinking and innovation in variety of contexts, including large corporations as well as new ventures, in developed and developing markets, in both the private and social sectors. He was part of the founding faculty of the Hasso Plattner Institute’s School of Design Thinking, helping establish the School as one of the leading D-School’s in the world.

Pablo Hennique
Co-founder
Pablo is a seasoned out-of-the-box thinker and is well versed in the Design Thinking methodology. He has extensive international exposure; having lived and traveled in multiple countries he has witnessed first-hand some of the struggles that Humanos seeks to address. He believes that the power for innovation can bring about truly radical changes when combined with the right team and the right principles. Pablo enjoys the outdoors, music, reading, swimming and meditating.
